Our Story
From 1995 to 2005 our CEO & co-founder appointed Project Manager for Incentive and Meeting at a large tour operator in Bali. He used to engage with event planning, budgeting, venue selection, hotel and supplier negotiation. He was also supervising the event team during the implementation of the programs.
He dealt with many incentive houses, meeting planners and tour operators in USA, United Kingdom, Turkey, South Africa, Singapore, Netherlands, Korea, Japan, India, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Estonia, and Brazil. In 2006, together with two other co-founders, he established a new company called MELALI BALI DMC, based in Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. “Melali” is a Balinese word stands for “traveling to a destination”.
While working as a volunteer for “Bali Tourism Recovery Program” that initiated and supervised by Ministry of Culture and Tourism the Republic of Indonesia in 2006, he attended many sales missions, table tops, road shows and tourism travel exchanges abroad.
In 2007, in line with Bali tourism growth, the company started its full operation. Some corporate and institutions awarded meeting, seminar, themed dinner and escorted sightseeing tours to MELALI BALI DMC.
Since then, the company has become a distinguished Destination and Incentive Management Company that capable to organize large events and tours in Bali and nearby regions. Till 2019, the company has supported more than 145 prestigious national, regional and international meetings, incentive travels, conferences, exhibitions and other special events in Bali, Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, Batam, Makassar, Manado, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo.
We help our customers build a new, strategic vision for their meetings and events by tying them to the overall business goals and incorporating event measurement techniques to prove the value. We opened our doors, confident in our methodology for designing events as essential tools for business.

In line with the growth of Bali’s tourism and
meetings industry, MELALI BALI DMC has
become a distinguished DMC (Destination
Management Company) and IMC
(Incentive Management Company). The
company has successfully participated in
conducting numerous international
meetings, incentive travels, special events,
and special interest tours in Indonesia.
Most large meetings took place in Bali and
Jakarta while medium-sized meetings and
other special events took place in other
cities. MELALI BALI DMC cooperates
closely with major meeting venues and
hotels, providing world-class convention
facilities, transportation companies and
other qualified suppliers in Bali and
beyond, offering services for local and
overseas clients.
Established in 2006, MELALI BALI DMC (private limited
company) is a fully licensed and registered DMC
and IMC, a key player in the destination
management and meetings industry in Indonesia.
MELALI BALI DMC has its head office in Kuta, Bali,
and marketing office in Jakarta. Capable human
resources, flexible, multilingual staffs as well as
qualified technical personnel are dedicated to
serving our clients in every way and always give their
best to make each event successful. Our core team
consists of more than 45 travel, incetives and
meetings experts who have proven their capabilities
by organizing and handling important international
events. Each assignment is given individual attention
since every event demands special execution.
Since its establishment, MELALI BALI DMC has
acquired a very good reputation. MELALI BALI DMC
has organized leisure tour packages, incentive
travels and events within Indonesia such as Bali,
