The Indonesian Procurement Forum and Expo (IPFE) was organized by the Association of Indonesian Procurement Experts (IAPI) in partnership with Government Procurement Policy Board of Indonesia (LKPP). The topic of IPFE was "Building Up Excellence in Procurement" and was held at Harris Convention Center, Kuta, Bali. Officially opened by the Head of LKPP, Mr. Hendrar Prihadi, accompanied by Chairman of IAPI, Mr. Sonny Sumarsono, and Bali Provincial Secretary Mr. Dewa Made Indra, the event was attended by 2500 participants representing government institutions, corporate, media, and other private sectors. There were several important topics discussed in the forum, such as (a) Domestic Production Policy in Procurement of Goods/Services, (b) Empowerment of MSMEs in Procurement of Goods/Services, and (c) The Structure of Quality Control in Construction Contract Work.
