Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) hosted an international Conference as a side event of the 2022 G20 Presidency which took place at 5-star hotel The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. The seminar brought together international deposit insurance institutions that belong to the International Assosciation of Deposit Insurers (IADI) and focused on the theme "Climate Change, Decarbonization, Sustainability, and Green Economy in the context of deposit insurance and its close relationship with the economic growth of a country. This 5-day event was attended by delegations from 25 countries including Asian countries, Albania, Georgia, Ghana, Sweden, Japan, and South Korea. Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, and former Prime Minister of New Zealand Madam Helen Clark, attended the seminar as key speakers. There were several important topics discussed during the seminar, such as (a) Maintaining Stability in a More Digitalized Finance, (b) Current Practices on Enterprise Risk Management, and (c) Case Studies and Experiences of Enterprise Risk Management. Social programs of the event included a welcome dinner at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, featuring the rising star, Yura Yunita; a gala dinner at Benoa Harbor with background of KRI Bima Suci ship featuring the well-known choir of Elfa's Singer and the famous musician Dwiki Dharmawan, as well as a full day excursion to Ubud and Tegallalang.
