UNIMA (Union Internationale de la Marionnette) is an international organization dedicated to promoting friendship and cooperation among nations through cultural and humanitarian advancement. To achieve this goal, UNIMA held a Councillor Meeting in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, from April 26 to 30, 2023. The meeting, which involved members from 100 countries across five continents, served as an interactive forum for strengthening cultural ties and cooperation among stakeholders and artistic communities globally. As the host, Indonesia seized this opportunity to showcase its wayang culture and support the recovery of tourism through cultural events. The activities aimed to foster efforts and initiatives beneficial to the economy, trade, tourism, creative industries, and micro, small, and medium enterprises, with the goal of enhancing the well-being of its people.
