IPAM shows a refreshing change of direction reflecting a realignment of Indonesia's performing arts export strategy by promoting its best contemporary work onto the stages of the world's leading festivals and arts venues. Held at Jakarta's leading centre for contemporary performing arts, Komunitas Salihara and Taman Ismail Marzuki, IPAM was officially opened by the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, H.E. Mari Elka Pangestu. Buyers came from 12 countries, among others, Adelaide Fringe, Brisbane Power House, American Dance Festival North Carolina, Canadian Stage Toronto, Tanzcompagnie Oldenburg Germany, Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation, Fundacja Scena Wsp�?czesn Polandia, Welsh Millennium Centre UK and Esplanade Singapore.
