The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with the International Energy Agency, held the 1st Bali Clean Energy Forum at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center attended by more than 1300 participants from 26 countries. Officially opened by the Vice President Jusuf Kalla, the forum discussed cooperation for the development of renewable energy. The agenda included a ministerial meeting, plenary sessions, parallel sessions, an exhibition, and a cultural night. At the press conference, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, H.E. Sudirman Said, stated that the declaration of the ministerial meeting signed by 17 countries strengthens the development of renewable energy regardless of the level of technology and energy mix achieved by the countries.
