The Seventh Bali Process Ministerial Conference on People Smuggling, Trafficking in Persons, and Related Transnational Crime (BPMC VII) was held at Bali International Convention Center. Hosted by the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the conference involved representatives from 45 member countries and three international organizations: the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The conference aimed to address issues related to people smuggling, trafficking, and other transnational crimes. The Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Retno Marsudi, expressed appreciation for the support of the Bali Process mechanisms in combating human trafficking crimes.
