Indonesia hosted the 19th Telecommunications and Information Technology Senior Officials Meeting (TELSOM) and the 18th ASEAN Telecommunication and Information Technology Ministers Meeting (TELMIN) at Mandapa, a Ritz Carlton, Ubud. Officially opened by the Indonesian Minister of Communication and Information Technology, H.E. Rudiantara, the meetings aimed to discuss cooperation plans for implementing the Master Plan ICT 2020 (AIM2020). The goal was to transform ASEAN into a safe and sustainable digital economy, fostering creation and integration within the ASEAN Community. The meetings were attended by 17 telecommunications Ministers from ASEAN member countries, several representatives from fellow countries, and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
