The three-day convention brings together 1,694 academics, university leaders, education experts and stakeholders from 12 state teacher-training institutions (LPTK) to discuss the future of Indonesian education and its transformation towards Indonesia Emas 2045.
The participating institutions are:
• Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI)

• Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA)
• Universitas Negeri Malang (UM)
• Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED)
• Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP)
• Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES)
• Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM)
• Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG)
• Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha)
• Universitas Negeri Manado (UNIMA)

The participation of these institutions reflects the national scale of KONASPI XII and its importance as a forum for dialogue on the future of education in Indonesia.

Melali Bali DMC: Supporting the Event from Planning to Execution
Successful large-scale conferences require careful coordination before, during and after the event. As part of the KONASPI XII programme, the Melali Bali DMC team worked closely and proactively with the organising team from Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha), from initial planning through to on-site delivery.
The collaboration covered event preparation, operational planning, supplier coordination and on-site support. The Melali Bali team maintained close communication with the Undiksha organising team and relevant local suppliers to ensure that operational requirements were addressed efficiently.
This hands-on approach helped support the smooth delivery of the programme and demonstrated the value of having an experienced local DMC involved throughout the event cycle.
For international meeting planners, close local coordination is particularly important for large events involving hundreds of delegates, multiple suppliers and complex logistical requirements.
Bringing Business Events and Destination Experiences Together
A successful conference extends beyond the meeting venue. Delegate transportation, accommodation, dining, technical production, logistics and destination experiences all contribute to the overall event journey.
As a Bali-based Destination Management Company (DMC) and MICE specialist, Melali Bali DMC provides integrated support for conferences, conventions, incentive programmes, corporate meetings and exhibitions.
Through the wider Melali Bali Group, clients can access a coordinated range of services, including conference venue coordination, exhibition support, event production, audio-visual and technical services, local transportation, airport transfers, delegate logistics and city tours.
This integrated approach enables international planners to work with one local partner from the early planning stages through to on-site delivery, while giving delegates the opportunity to experience the best of Bali beyond the conference venue.
